A residence permit gives your plans a practical starting point: a place to live, work remotely or develop a business, subject to the conditions of the chosen program.

We help prepare evidence of work and income, family records, translations and the application file. For spouses and children, we identify the documents and personal steps required for each family member.

Spain’s Digital Nomad program is designed for qualifying remote employees and self-employed professionals with work outside Spain. The intended outcome is a Spanish residence card, with an overall planning estimate starting from four months.

Citizenship can support long-term family, personal and business plans. Your qualifying basis determines the procedure, evidence and options for relatives.

For ancestry and restoration applications, we work with birth and marriage records, name-change documents and archival evidence. Each generation needs a clear documentary connection.

Residence and citizenship:
your questions answered

Have a different question? Tell us about your circumstances.

Can Russian nationals apply for European residence?

Eligibility depends on the country, application basis, citizenship and place of submission. We start with evidence of employment, income and family circumstances. Each program has its own requirements and personal steps. Our Spain Digital Nomad page explains that program in detail.

How do I choose a second citizenship program?

Start with circumstances you can substantiate, such as ancestry, previous citizenship and family history. Compare the evidence required, personal attendance and indicative timelines. Our programs cover Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Kyrgyzstan and Austria, with eligibility assessed individually.

Can my spouse and children apply with me?

Family eligibility varies by program. Residence applications may require evidence of relationships and sufficient financial resources. For citizenship, each relative’s position must be assessed separately. One person’s eligibility does not automatically extend to the whole family.

What should I prepare for the first consultation?

Tell us your citizenship, where you live, your work, income source and who would apply. For ancestry programs, information about parents and earlier generations is useful. We prepare a tailored checklist after the initial conversation. Please do not send passports or bank statements through the general enquiry form.

What affects the overall timeline?

Document readiness, archival research, translations, legalisation, appointment availability, processing and document production all matter. Program cards show planning estimates. For Romania, 2.5–3 years refers to the stage up to the citizenship order; the oath and passport arrangements follow.

Which stages can be completed remotely?

The initial consultation and some preparation can be handled remotely. Submission, biometrics, an interview, an oath or collection of documents may require personal attendance. We identify the relevant steps and travel requirements before work begins.

What does application support include?

Depending on the agreement, support may cover a document checklist, coordination of translations and archive requests, file preparation, submission arrangements and responses to additional requests. After a decision, we explain the steps for obtaining the residence card or citizenship documents.

How is the cost of support determined?

The scope depends on the program, number of applicants and condition of the documents. Our proposal separates professional services from required fees, translations and other necessary expenses. Public authorities decide applications and control their own processing times.
